Future Processing and Management of PET Waste
Ecousta is collaborating with leading UK universities to develop innovative PET fibre recycling methods. With strong progress and promising results, we are now seeking commercial partners to help scale these processes and make them available to private companies through licensing, supporting a circular approach to PET polyester recycling.
In partnership with Veolia, we are committed to zero landfill waste. Bottom ash from energy recovery is transformed into construction materials such as road base and bricks, while metals are recovered and recycled. Remaining materials are repurposed, reducing waste and lowering carbon emissions in support of a circular economy.
